ALL SERVICES AT UNIQUELY-STITCHED ARE FINAL!! Uniquely-Stitched is only acting as the servicer of your wig’s construction.
Custom wigs require Head measurements!!!
It is your responsibility to follow the measurement guide and provide us with accurate measurements. We recommend that your hair will be braided down and flat as possible. Uniquely-Stitched takes no responsibility for wigs that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements. No refunds will be offered.
It is your responsibility to provide freshly shampooed and conditioned bundles that are free of dirt, oils, nits, lice, glue and threads. Please make sure hair is completely dry and labeled by lengths. If you're providing previously used bundles, Uniquely-Stitched will accept pre-cut wefts. Uniquely-Stitched will accept used closures but Frontals will need to be brand new. However, each weft must be at least 6 inches wide. Failure to adhere to the aforementioned policy will result in your Order being canceled, shipped back and refunded minus the cost to ship your hair back to you.
All hair has to be shipped in if you are not a local customer. If you will be sending hair via mail, please provide us with tracking information. The address on where to drop off or mail your items will be provided after payment is completed. Orders will be canceled if the hair is NOT received within the ONE WEEK time frame and your hair will be shipped back.
You MUST agree to ALL terms and conditions when purchasing from Uniquely-Stitched. Orders are processed in the order they are received (Processing time is 7-10 business days). Shipping time 2-3 days. NO shipping on Holidays or weekends! Payments are due in FULL. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!!
SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS. If not, your Order will be canceled and you will be refunded. After the Order have been shipped, we are NOT responsible for your package after it is received by the carrier. Due to Covid 19-shipping times, shipping may take longer than expected.
